Sometimes people change their minds, and that's OK! We offer a limited 14-day return policy if what you bought isn't quite what you're after. All returns will be refunded when we receive the item, and you will not receive a refund on the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for getting the product back to us, either by shipping it or arranging a drop-off at our Sydney, NS, location.
All returns involving lighting products will also be charged a 20% restocking fee.PLEASE NOTE:
Any genuine vintage and vintage rugs we sell are pre-owned. Wear, discolouration, repairs and other imperfections are celebrated and considered normal, not defects.
All hard-wire lighting fixtures are final sale, other than damaged or defective goods. Please be sure to measure prior to purchase!
Manufacturer Defects and Damaged Items
All damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. They will be subject to inspection and approval before a refund or replacement will be issued.
